OSKAR RESTAURANT

Bistro Oskar, later renamed Oskar restaurant, is one of the oldest, still operating bars of its kind in Zasavje since its establishment on 21st of December 1990. The family business, which will celebrate its 30th anniversary this year, has undergone many changes over time, most notably the intergenerational transfer of management, expansion of premises, the opening of the dining room, increase in staff and expansion of the offer. For the most loyal (the so-called “living room”) boasts a wide selection of locally known and renowned pizzas, legendary pockets, jumbo sandwiches, tortillas and beer snacks, and in recent years the offer is further enriched by more than 100 types of world beers. To this we add homemade, original “salsa rossa” and “chilli ajs ajs” sauces, so Oskar undoubtedly maintains a high place on the scale of Zasavje cuisine.
